The broad California court sequence, common legal topics, and decisions that may need attention.
For professional referral partners
Divorce Options® is a free, live online workshop from Sacramento Collaborative Divorce Group. It helps people understand four common divorce processes through legal, financial, and mental-health perspectives before they are asked to choose a process or professional.

A smaller, safer referral
Someone may ask where to start before they know which questions belong with an attorney, financial professional, mental-health professional, mediator, or another source of support.
Sharing Divorce Options® does not require you to recommend Do-It-Yourself, mediation, collaborative divorce, traditional representation (litigation), or any particular professional. The invitation is to learn what the options are—not to select one during the workshop.
What people can expect
The workshop is designed for people considering separation or divorce, as well as people who have already begun. It is a balanced educational presentation—not a recommendation for one process.

Financial information, income, assets, debts, support, taxes, budgets, and planning for future resources.
Psychological, emotional, parenting, communication, and family-transition considerations.
